I wish the company would match the goals you take the time to advertise to the employees and the customers because they do not match at the local level. The best part had been my salesmen and first manager that were encouraging/supportive. They genuinely care. There are no opportunities for growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making only $17/hr after working here for five years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been flexible as far as life/work balance. Understanding that family comes first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some try to make it more positive, as a culture in the office, it is not.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of negativity and gossip. No support from management as far as having those who are not pulling their weight to do more causing burnout in the others with heavier work loads.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay for the work. More recognition especially for those, other than salesman, that have been with the company for many years. Celebrate differences at the local level. There is a lot of positivity at the corporate level but not at the local warehouses/yards.
