I have enjoyed my time with the company and knowing that I am about to retire, cannot help but feel slightly sad.

Being able to escape into paperwork.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of my leadership team seem to sincerely care about me and all of the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
BFS has always seemed to care about their employees and are invested in their safety/working experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately - no one seems to be able to make ends meet these days. More political than anything, in my opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the team still seem to care about the job. Again - no one seems to care like they used to. That means in general throughout the country (not just BFS)
