Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are new hires (that often don't last) that are paid a higher wage than the longtime warhorses.

They have expectations and it's up to the individuals to achieve them either independently or as part of a group effort.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The expectations weer laid out. The interviewer know a good deal about me before we met and I had knowledge of the company before I went in.
