I honestly believe it wouldn't matter what was done. There would still be those who put up a front giving only lip service.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Most of the drivers at my location dont care about the customers needs or fallow direction as to delivery location. They do whats easiest for them.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They made it sound as if this was a great place to work. Now I come to realize lies are easily told if you have no conchance

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading with honor,respect, knowing how to talk to others in a professional manner. They need to learn how to inspire people to do a good job and reward others with better pay,kind words

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Several reasons Severely under paid compared to other companies within and around our location. Examples Harrisburg NC experience drivers making 22 + Charlotte NC 22+ Other companies in general location 23+ Home Run guarantees drivers 1000 a week My pay 18.30
