What makes you most happy at work?
Learning about the different species of lumber in the trim department. And having the management in my corner.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had no lumber experience, and they took a chance on me. Now I've gone from a trucker helper, to the trim department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We recently had our top two trim pullers quit. But my team hasn't really missed a beat. Its a lot more work, but we're in the works of hiring new people.
