the ones that were outside with us are the ones that were and are still being overlooked this is sad
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
it starts at the bottom take care of the people at the bottom of the food chain and they will take care of the ones at the top so simple
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i started out at 13 dollars an hour and in ten years only got a total of 3 dollars in pay raises that is sad i ended at 16 dollars an hour
