Until recently we had a good crew that worked well & could handle the customer load we got. After our GM left because they were forcing an assistant manager on him people knew & didn't want to work with, he quit, they gave her GM. People have quit, the store opens late & closes early.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need a GM that people like and are willing to work for.

The person at the time was very respectful and confident about my experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Those that do their job works well together. Those that don't do their job should be let go.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Only 1 manager cares about the store and crew. She is what is keeping some key employees. If she leaves no-one will stay and the store will be doomed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's positive because of when I work with those who care about the store and their job. It's negative when you work with those who don't do their work and then complain when they don't get hours.
