I have worked with many employees who either do not care about others or do not even do their own work. I have worked with people who either sit down and go on their phones and do nothing. This is like 30-40% of my co workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate very well when working.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workers at my company do not commit.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the workers who do not commit to their own job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The assistant managers have been all but kind and cooperative with my co workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked with a general manager for roughly a year and all there was just toxicity and favoritism. The general manager did not care about anyone else except for like 4 co workers and that was it.
