There are no benefits when a general manager asked his area manager what benefits they were entitled to along with there 110+hours bi weekly. He stated, " we give you the benefit of the doubt".
What are some of the best things about your team?
When upper management isnt anywhere near the building either when the water pipes busted and had to be turned of by managers in training or when the Co2 alarm went off and the manager on duty was told "its just Co2 there should be nothing to worry about keep the store open".
