Be polite to the team and customers. Also help when needed. Make the employees feel like they are worth being there.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

People are spoken to negative and they also talk negative because a lot of time we don't have the food that people want. The manager doesn't help.

Listening and getting alone for some.
