Poor management. Cannot seem to get hours done right. And does hardly anything for mental health or people with disabilities. They will promote incompetent people if they are desperate and will not fire or demote them if there is a replacement. The work is very demanding.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy to follow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that can be reasoned with are amicable and do help create a better environment. But a few bad apples can and have ruined this otherwise amicable environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been struggling with my own mental health working this company. There has been no real accommodations added with very subpar management. The is as low as 2 employees at any given time at the worst of these scenarios.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually hire enough people to work within the more busy hours. There is also not enough things done between actual violations outside of the under the table solutions. The constant bullying of between staff as well as begging of gas money is incessant with one employee.
