I have currently spent five months working here. I was promoted to a shift manager 3 months in for a wage of 15/hour. There is no holiday pay, if you work a late night shift any overtime you may get stops at midnight, and my current store only has 2 closers for the last few hours who must do the job

All are sociable and decent workers, as well as concise in orders and restock.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It did not take long for me to get the interview or be hired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely efficient in the work they do, save for teaching new hires who must learn by watching our by asking during slow periods.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in a shift manager position and am being told the assistant manager is receiving the same pay of $15/hour either one of us or both of us are being underpaid. We live in California.
