Just give us a new general manager that actually care about our store

I have worked here for almost a year and recieved none of these whatsoever

I had a joke of an interview within 2 minutes i was already putting in my information to work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new general manager needs to be put in place, the Entire team Agrees. Shes hard to deal with, Terrible at problem solving, and overall horrendous to deal with.
