I feel under payed and under appreciated I work there for a year and a half without taking time off and still don't even have a paid vacation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So much gossip even with the manager I work at a business not a high school
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm only an employee but I act like I'm the leader especially for the back of the house meaning kitchen
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the ones that do work and it's not too many of them we all get along and help each other out we're like a little family I'm talking about the employees not the managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well they have all kinds of benefits for keeping time down and everything else for the managers I would like to get a nice lump sum of money we're the ones putting all the work in to keep the time down and we don't see anything of it
