I've worked my butt off for years to just be treated like a robot. I will never work for this company again.

There is nothing good about this environment.

The interviewer was very nice.

Absolutely nothing, they are just as worthless as the rest of the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Your company doesn't care about its employees. All it cares about is money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually do their job instead of the bare minimum. My new manager doesn't even know how to put the broiler together or does she even try to learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I spent months cleaning up the Wellsville store, just to be told it wasn't good enough and moved to a new store which is far more disgusting. Every raise I got approved I only ended getting half of what I was promised.
