As a former employee I absolutely loved my job. I got a lot of surveys done for my store and was able to interact with customers on a fun, professional and enjoyable level. I felt like a great employee when I finally learned the broiler and sandwiches. Very rewarding for my self esteem!! I miss it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They taught me how to do everything by the book and I felt confident in my work. I was very comfortable and encouraged to ask questions. I was recognized for my hard work and team player attitude & it was nice to hear I was an asset to the store. Only neg part was some poor mngmnt moves here&there
