This past monday my manager was introducing a new employee to myself. And called me her "unreliable" opener.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to make the day go better and we all work together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a few coworkers that I get along with and have a good time talking to in and outside of work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to put their foot down. Some of the employees act like they can do whatever they want and show up whenever and not get a writeup.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
So employees getting away with anything. And the GM favoring a few employees to where those who show up as scheduled and those who are not even on the schedule come in and those who are get send home early and lose hours.
