I got accused of something I didn't do and then my gm called me we talked about it on the 31st then when I had tried to go in for my shift he had told me he didn't need me and that he had texted me an there was no text an he calls me 30mins later just to talk shit to me on his personal phone

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The gm actually trains people how to do it when he has you giving interviews
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get a better gm that knows what he's doing and can actually give people there requested days off. Most people request them days off because it's important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am a lead manager an I thought I done my job to it's best optional and I keep my customers smiling and my food fresh and my workers working
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My gm said he had given me manager pay almost 2 months ago an said he fixed it and I'm still making 10 hr as a manager it's crazy that he lies so much and tries to start things it makes burger king look bad on how he treats his employees
