With this Burger King it's non-stop talking about other people, it's a problems when you make a mistake the 1st time, a problem when you have to go to the bathroom etc

The interview process was the best thing out of everything. The lady that did my interview and that hired me was amazing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm going to go back to what I said before the people, the customers are amazing but it's the people that I work with
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I feel like the only thing that needs to change is the people and bring in positive people and not have negativity like I get it some of this stuff is very high in stress but sometimes you just got to breathe and relax for a second
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well at the moment I'm getting paid 10 an hour I have the most 4 years of experience in Burger King, and I feel like I'm always getting complained at and that's not how you should feel while going to work you should feel welcomed and appreciated not underappreciated. Definitely a raise
