I genuinely enjoy working there, but so much changed so suddenly. I worked at the one in artesia new mexico last year and i started back there this year, i hate it now because i was promised a flexible schedule and i have to have weekends off, they refuse to do it because they arent allowed anymore.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working around schedules. I was promised a flexible schedule and they refuse that now. Im only allowed to see my sister on weekends so i asked for weekends off, and suddenly they arent allowed to do that anymore when they were allowed to do that last year.
