The GM actually needs to do an interview instead of taking anyone that walks in the door
Very poor leadership at the GM level. Constantly not knowing what direction leadership is taking. Severe double standards and favoritism. Complete change in management at the GM level
Hiring quality employees and firing the drug addicts that hey keep while firing the people that work hard because it makes them look better if they have poor crew so the mangers that are incompetent stand out better.
