If i didnt get sent home on my scheduled days to work considering i walked to get there !
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You have Assistant Managers not being able to take orders correctly there for we're giving away free food , Manager's smoking outside and coming back in to handle food.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cleanliness, nobody wears gloves or masks, The managers dont do walk throughs to make sure the lobby is clean for guests. There are managers who take smoke breaks and come back in without washing their hands and handle food.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Cleanliness ! & if all crew members get the same discount! Some people get 100% off because they're in a relationship with the manager and other employees like myself have to pay 50% of our meals even on days we work. Im so close to reporting this establishment to the health department!
