The work environment is very toxic . There was alot of drama, bickering, and yelling that was extremely unesscary. The store manager and managers in general didn't ever fix the problem or get rid of the problem (employee) when it came to this issue even when they witnessed it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Was only a part time employee .
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I didn't see a problem in the interviewing process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I didn't really find anything positive about the company except being able to have flexibility with the scheduling.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The hostile work environment needs to end. The drama, bickering and yelling makes it to where you don't even want to be there. You get treated very poorly even if you are a good employee.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The turn over rate is very high and people don't want to stay. I can't say I blame them. For a job like that I personally didn't want to stay or even show up because of how I was treated day in and out.
