They tend to discriminate based off your personality. It wont matter your work ethic unless they personally like you weather its by apperance or just attitude wise. They will take advantage of their employees and positions
What did you like most about the interview process?
Introducing myself and geting to know my coworkers. Getting to learn my position and placement at work. Just overall learning and helping others there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel like i do enough At work ever since i had an assistant manager give credit to other workers when it was meant to be mine and i heard her complain that i dont do enough.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization! They must be better at prioritizing what is really important at work. They need to be more serious and sensere about their workers and their ethics with work. They need to start paying more attention to what is really important to avoid any injustice or unfair treatment towards us
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of my coworkers will try to uplift me by chatting in between orders or on breaks. Even then we cant catch a rest from them because the moment we have a second of free time they demand we get impossible tasks done knowing we already have assigned tasks at work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just fix the management. Most managers work well despite this one manager i had an issue with. she tends to take advantage of workers & use them to her advantage so she can get away with less at work. Ibelive shes abusing her power to control us employees and make our job more stressful
