The workers even though they don't always do their job well are nice for the most part and fun to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Letting people who know how to work with others as a manager and not someone who hates life and yells at everyone inches from their face and acts like a complete child
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay would be okay if the working conditions weren't so poor. Management is the reason for that. Especially when they don't let you take lunch breaks or tell you the overtime they want you to work isn't going to get paid.
