Two of my managers actually help the rest of the team with everyday tasks, where the other one plays around in TikTok the entire shift(Harmony)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The days that Harmony is not working, she does not know how to handle rushes or know how to operate anything other than a chair and her phone
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work environment a few days a week and I feel that I don't get paid enough to come to work and deal with a manager that brings home drama to work
