Very unprofessional was given the job of a general manager and was not properly trained therefore it felt as though I could not work to my capability of being the best general manager that I could be because I was not properly trained

Friendly nice but mostly it was unprofessional by the people above me

There were a couple that were very helpful but more so the employees or just regular employee
What did you like most about the interview process?
But actions were farther from the words was excited with what they were saying but did not live up to what they said
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being trained more proper and walk through the process rather than just told what to do and then just left there alone to figure it out
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe will have more success with your story if you are trained more properly rather than told all you should have just taken initiative and it's only my second day
