Terrible experience and worst job ive ever had. I get harassed snd disrespected by every managers. They wouldnt provide me with any of their boss for me to come to snd. Complain about. They harrass not only me but other employees and costumers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lazy. Soome aren't properly trained, others don't want to work and those who do dont get the hours they deserve
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees allways complains anout the managers. Food safty is a joke to the managers. Mixing old food woth new food.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was no benefit. The meal plan was useless. $5 out of my pocket every week when i don't even eat from there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No leadershhip. The employees there listen to me more then the managers and i was only a team leader. There's no communication, leadership nor teamworks
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Replace the managers. I see alllot of people with potential to work but the managers only chooses whoever they want just because and the other is too lazy to check the applications
