What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The manager messed up my money to the payroll and my money got sent to his account
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have came to work and the AC wasn't working the food temps were turned off we couldn't serve food if we didn't have enough work people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need better staff abd better work conditions and Cooperate needs to come out more often than usual or hire someone to watch the store because what happen to me is ridiculous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid 12 dollars they told me the pay rate would go up after a month of me working their it bever did i talk to all the managers they didn't want to talk back too me. I get no benefits in the store i only get paid 12 dollars.
