Worked since day 1 of opening, first week the senior shift lead quit few days later assistant gm quit.. the following wills we lost 3 other "managers". The GM (23 year old) didnt know how to make a schedule and would leave night crew short staffed.

Management, scheduling, short staff, abrupt quitting Retrain GM and retrain in southern hospitality
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members were nice and would help when needed. The nighttime crew became like family and all had good understanding of eachother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over worked, under paid, since store opened there was problems with the checks sent out to employees (shorted checks) and GM making schedule.
