It was a basic interview with basic fundamentals it was short sweet and straight to the point and I was in the next day

We work together happily and we get along we talk to each other for extended periods of time and weekly have fun congregating on our brakes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They could of handle the situation better than have the resources. I was written up and then transferred for no reason then I couldn't get work or hours where I was transferred. I want to be compensated for it I have not had work and they still have not put me on the schedule. No work for 2 weeks.
