Most of us work very well together and can have a good time. Good, happy coworkers and managers make everything run smoothly and customer feedback is more positive.
It all boils down to management. Nothing is taken seriously. Unpredictable behavior makes a toxic and hostile environment for everyone. Lazy employees are never corrected or held accountable. New employees are not trained properly and never corrected. Good employees carry a way heavier load.
