
Mostly Their attitude and leadership
One or two of them are really chill and understand where I'm coming from
Managing, stepping in to help, the way they talk to staff and customers, communication, etc
They expect me to know what to do when I don't and I make it very clear that I don't know what to do in need help and they have an attitude about it
They expect way too much for me from the position is higher in, they expect me to know exactly what to do for my first couple weeks here, they can't be bothered to step in and help when needed and they have disgusting attitudes
