Ive never met the CEO. The rules of chain of command apparently mean nothing. I never receive any oroper forms of communication and it is entirely to difficult to reach a supervisor over my general manager and district manager.

It seemed like a professional and genuine environment

No communication , improper training , employees not showing up for shifts and not receimg consequences because theyve been there longer
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acutally and genuinely being professional, being more adamant with their words and regulations instead of the unprofressional that wre currently in certain postions
