If the people at the top of chain would interviews and hire more it would be better cause general manager usually bring people that know them if it good then it's fine but when they motives us to keep bringing the company down the it will be easy for them by hiring people for that
Looking into allegations better cause people can get together when they don't like a person and come up with plans to get the good people gone so they can continue to steal money and food and lie to the boss like nothing is improving cause they know he or she doesn't have the time to watch them
