Overly worked and tried to improve my best just so I can be told I'm not and being made to work more and more and more and being treated like garbage and then being guilting us because of their problems that they're having to their job is not working out for the management role and blaming it on us
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better way of expressing problems to employees and not complaining to our customers about us. And then telling us that they don't pity us but want us to pity them...
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not making one guy in the back make everything and do everything with everything in the back when they have a bunch of front counter and registered people but no one to do anything in the back but the one guy. And then only paying attention to the one cook while ignoring everyone not doing their job
