I just feel like management needs to stop being so rude to all of the employees.

There really just needs to have communication and the team members need to work as a team and respect each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have little to no respect at my job and the managers treat me like garbage. I really hope management starts realizing how hard the staff works and gives them the credit they deserve.
