The people with whom I work.
It's a cheerful and fun place to work. We always know generally what we'll be doing every day.
We know each other and though we are different demographics, especially by age, we all work well together and can even mingle outside of work comfortably together.
They way we communicate is nice and it isn't hard to get in and be part of the leadership team. I only worked here for three months before I got my first promotion, it was great.
As a manager I am continually asked to stay extra, come in early and do additional work. As a salaried employee that is fine, but I never get breaks the other way, I can't even leave five minutes early. I feel the company is a bit too strict.
