I love my job. I was hired at first glance. I was given more hourly than others and I have a good work ethic so they count on me which is nice. I get all the extra so overall my job is awesome

they are funny and spirited and know how to work as a team

Its a fast paced socially acceptable environment that a small group that works well together to complete one goal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to not have to worry about whether I was gonna make my hours but because the ceo believes in quanity instead of quality we hurt
