I just need this company to reevaluate everything they have set in place on how the employees are treated.

Better pay and actually being paid for the hours I work instead of them cheating me out of hours and not paying me for the work I've done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More incentives for working would be awesome. If the managers would check their attitudes instead of taking their frustration out on us it would change the whole vibe at work.
