As much as I hate the pay and lack of benefits, I thoroughly enjoy the people and the job itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always energetic and ready to problem solve and teach new things to newer employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers some days, but usually our regular customers that come in daily or weekly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do a lot of hard work and are not allowed overtime or even full time so we don't get benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all usually in a good mood, which puts customers in a good mood which makes for a positive environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all know how hard our job can be so we make sure to work together to get everything done as well as it can be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't all about what work you've done or why you want the job, but more so creating a relationship to find out what position would best suit you.
