More employees, more work done, they won't do that.

It would be better if employers would step their game up.

Most are lazy and uninterested in real work but they're always nice talking with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid the same amount as people who do less work than I do, I work more and i'm not exaggerating when I say i've witnessed lazy people be praised.
