It was a relaxed enviroment, and I got a free meal after the interview.

I think burger King needs to discuss a pay scale for employees actually making the restaurant functional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a easy place to work. I just feel that more training and more delegation is needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel that proper training in food safety and procedure would help this company tremendously. Management needs to be released trained as well.
