I would definitely say there are good days and bad days. But the overall coworker relationship is good and the pace is good. I just think that I can be undervalued as an employee

Most of them are people that I went to school with.

Other than the independence, there is not much to brag about the job. I just needed the money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They didn't ask difficult questions. They just asked about my past and am I comfortable with the pace of the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working there for 2 years and have not received a single raise. I work double shifts, and also come in on my off days.
