Day time shift it was all positive and good vibes, total opposite for evening & night shift, only bc of the manager tho.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hire everyone on as "part time" but everyone works FULLTIME hours, just so they dont have to give anyone but themselves the full time benefits! I would feel alot better if they would do it fairly & even!
