I believe that we should be paid more for working 11+ hour shifts without breaks.

The managers schedule personalities that work best together for specific shifts leading to less conflict and easier workflow
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at our store is very people oriented and makes sure that not only are operations running smoothly but that any conflict is handled so that there is peace between coworkers.
