It's just horrible I can't stand working there and I try to say something and I just get shut down and told to leave

I would be positive and helpful instead of mean and condescending and I wouldn't make the person I'm interviewing do all the work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need people who can work and not make each other feel like they aren't needed, we need people who can show leadership and not leave leave when it's not their brake
