I used to love it and now I can't find joy here anymore the unprofessionalism and the demeaning management is unforgivable

Being decent human beings to the staff that works under them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The crew is nice to work with but you can tell the general mood of the workplace isn't as it should be
What did you like most about the interview process?
The old manager that worked here when I got hired was nice to her employees but she has since moved to a bigger store
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to find the positives anymore among all the negativity and it saddens me to say that I honestly can't pick out anything positive as of late
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get treated extremely poorly by my general manager and she laughs it off with other co workers in the vicinity of me like im supposed to know shes talking about Me. I used to love working here but she's made it a nightmare
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management team is rude and doesn't try to see us as people but just as pawns and its hard to come to work and there isn't any incentive anymore we come in get treated poorly and leave angry/upset most if not all days.
