Fire the employees doing illegal stuff and promote employees who are excelling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manager dawn is the most respectable person in the entire company. I loved her energy and attitude most of the time , if only we had one other employee to help her out at night maybe I wouldn't have been overworked just because you guys are understaffed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To take one or two days off in almost 2 years of working with these people I expected a little more respect and or sympathy when I'm sick and cannot come in. For one day. This is all illegal. I will not be taken advantage of like this.
