I currently work for a store in Alvin TX.... The district manager Martian likes to force employees to pay money back if its missing from register which is illegal and he also likes to nickle and dime maintenance to the point we work in a environment with broken equipment without floormats ,etc.

Everyone pretty much knows thier job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The store I work at refuses raises and also pays as low as possible no matter experience or job title
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The crew stays positive as much as we can but the store shape and broken old equipment makes the job harder
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do a actual real interview which isnt done here the store manager picks who he likes with nothing to do with knowledge or anything else
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The district manager seems to run store behind the scenes ,while store manager acts like he has no power for anything.... Nothing is fixed properly and the cheat on drive thru times when they feel the need as one example of many... completely shady
